CONFIDENTIALITY

The law protects the privacy of communications between a client and a psychologist, as well as between a client and staff employed by the psychologist.  In most situations, Dr. Zand can only release information about your services to others if you sign a Release of Information Form that meets certain legal requirements imposed by the law.  There are some situations, however, where Dr. Zand may be required to disclose information without either your consent or authorization (see Consent Form).  We will always discuss confidentiality (and its limits) with you prior your consenting to services at the Midwest Psychological Services LLC.   ​
